I had a completely flat tire on my very expensive EV, which was trapped inside my residential garage like a wounded futuristic animal. The receptionist at Aus-Tex asked all the right questions ahead of time to make sure the tow would go smoothly. The driver, Trent, arrived exactly when he said he would. But wait...I must describe his aesthetic. He had made the conscious decision to wake up on a Tuesday morning and assemble an outfit consisting of coordinated patchwork pants, layered accessories, multiple textures, heavy boots, and a fully realized post-industrial metalhead mechanic silhouette, all in order to operate a flatbed tow truck in Austin humidity. I call it "Tow Truck Thrash," and I’m here for it. At that point I completely trusted him with my luxury vehicle. He expertly extracted my baby from the garage with zero stress, handled everything perfectly, and got it safely where it needed to go. Also, when the car alarm started going off because the Taycan believed it was being abducted, he remained completely unfazed, which honestly increased my confidence further. If I ever need another tow, I will absolutely call Aus-Tex again.

We were stuck on a major highway , the driver was dispatched and arrived within 30 min . It was a bad situation , but he saved us !

My last experience with the Tow yard was not good at all. I personally feel that most of these companies have way too much power but tonight I was pleasantly surprised with the way. Daryl handled our unfortunate incident. I’m here helping out a friend that has fallen on hard times and in a world where most people are miserable, especially in the towing business Daryl was very pleasant on the phone and then once I arrived, he finished strong with a positive attitude.

I had to call in for a tow, around 7 pm, outside of Jonestown. When my tow truck driver was assigned, he called me for details and even though I didn’t have a precise location, he called me directly to discuss where it might be located. He gave me a timeframe for his arrival, and arrived when he said he would. He took pictures of the truck, got the keys, and let me go on my way. Honestly, he was great, very communicative, and efficient with everything.
