Hands down THE BEST towing company. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone. Great communication through the customer support and awesome towing employees. My boyfriend has used this company about 6 different times and each time has been great. Shoutout to Patrick. He helped us get a wrongful impound car out of a lot. Not only did he treat our antique car with respect and care but he went above and beyond to fill the tires to see if they still held air after he saw how distraught my boyfriend was about them. Thank you Patrick. I hope you get a raise.

When my car broke down, it was a stressful situation but Aus-Tex responded quickly and efficiently. Lisa was incredibly helpful and kind on the phone, which made the whole experience much easier.

Having a vehicle towed is never a good time. The folks at Austex - Patrick and Lisa in particular went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle back. I’m hopeful I won’t be a repeat customer from my own foolishness, but if ever I need a tow in the future - they’ll be my first call.

The responsiveness and care that the team showed from the first engagement of getting a quote, while broken down on the side a highway, was phenomenal. I even got other quotes and I ended back here because of the great attitude for a few extra dollars. I drive a lowered 2020 Dodge Charger. Paul arrived on scene with the flatbed and was great from pickup through delivery. My exhaust did scrape but that was bound to happen due to the car having to get picked up lip first. I overheated and couldn’t turn the vehicle around in reverse on a highway. Highly recommend to everyone!

Broke down, gave them a call. I spoke with Lisa she was very helpful and gave me a quote super quickly and sent the towing truck my way. The towing truck got to me in under 25 mins and I got helped by Jermey. Jermey was very nice and super friendly. Thanks to these people it was very simple to get towed back to my house. I appreciate the Aus-Tex towing service!!
